AI-Powered Change Processing

Changes on September 29, 2026

Complete change list

  • Enabled immediate automatic AI processing (summary & capability suggestions) for newly incoming changes in Delivery Timeline, removing the need to manually click cards to start generation.
  • Added fail-safe error indicators to change details when analysis encounters technical hurdles, with manual retry options and strict protection against infinite re-trigger loops.
  • Streamlined Feedback Submission: Cleaned up the feedback submission modal by removing the backfill date picker to keep intake fast and focused. Dates remain editable within the Feedback Detail view.
  • History Screenshot Lightbox: Thumbnails in the Global Feedback History list can now be clicked to open full-resolution screenshot previews.
  • Compact Attachment Uploads: Refined screenshot and attachment drop zones to be significantly more compact, preventing vertical dialog scrolling while keeping quick paste (⌘V / Ctrl+V) and client-side WebP compression.
  • Accurate Global Feedback Status: Deleted or rejected platform feedback in the system workspace now updates user-facing Global Feedback History to "REJECTED" rather than remaining stuck on "OPEN".
  • When switching to the technical tab in the Initiative detail panel and clicking "Suggest goal directions" or "Write my own goal", the panel automatically switches back to the brief tab and executes the intended goal action seamlessly.
  • Goal drafts and clarifying questions persist cleanly across reloads and question-only regenerations, ensuring stale suggestions are properly cleared when updating directions.
  • Relocated the "Edit goal" button out of the confirmed goal body into the top-right header action slot of the Goal section card across both the Initiative Detail View drawer and Decision Brief, revealing cleanly on hover/focus per Design Rules §2.4 and §4.8.
  • Standardized section titles across the Initiative Decision Brief to prevent lexical drift: unified "Agreed goal" to "Goal", conversational "Your next action" to "Next action", and technical "Phase progression" to "Advance".
  • In the Initiative detail panel, "Decide approach" during the "Work in progress" phase now opens the decision composer with remaining uncovered scope, matching the Decision Brief behavior.
  • The in-app feedback dialog now supports pasting screenshots directly from the clipboard using Ctrl+V or ⌘V alongside existing file uploads.
  • Creating a manual change in Delivery now proactively verifies and refreshes expired authentication sessions, preventing unauthenticated failure errors on mobile and desktop, and displays the specific failure reason if saving fails.
  • Users can attach screenshots and images directly to Global Feedback submissions, paste them from the clipboard using Ctrl+V or ⌘V (including while focused in the feedback description editor), and view uploaded attachment thumbnails in their previous feedback history.
